BritishIP TV provides IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) subscription services. Our service delivers access to a playlist of internet-hosted streams via compatible IPTV applications and devices.

• We provide subscription access only — we do not manufacture, distribute, or control the content of third-party streams. • The service requires a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps recommended for HD; 25 Mbps for 4K). • We do not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of any specific channel or stream, as third-party content availability is outside our direct control. • A free 24-hour trial is available to new customers before purchasing a paid subscription.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use our services. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Each subscription is licensed for personal use on a single device. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and subscription details. • All activity that occurs under your account. • Ensuring that anyone who accesses the service through your account complies with these Terms.

You must not share, resell, or sublicense your personal subscription to third parties. Resellers must purchase a dedicated reseller credit package.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the service for any commercial purpose (other than as an authorised reseller). • Attempt to copy, redistribute, record, or rebroadcast any content accessed through the service. • Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access our website or services. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or any third-party systems. • Use the service in a way that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure. • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Breach of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your subscription without refund.

All subscriptions are sold on a pre-paid, fixed-term basis. The following billing terms apply:

• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually renew before the expiry date to avoid service interruption. • Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. • Payment is accepted via PayPal, debit/credit card, and other methods listed at checkout. • BritishIP TV reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated prior to your renewal date. • Promotional prices and discounts are only valid for the duration stated in the promotion.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless you are within the 30-day money-back guarantee window on a first-time purchase.

We aim to provide a reliable service with 99.9% server uptime. However, we do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. • Any specific channel, stream, or piece of content will be permanently available. • The service will be compatible with all devices or operating systems.

We will endeavour to notify users of planned maintenance windows in advance via our WhatsApp support channel. Unplanned outages will be resolved as quickly as reasonably practicable.

All content on the british-tv.uk website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of BritishIP TV or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, BritishIP TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, our services, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements or that defects will be corrected. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by BritishIP TV. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
